Kaiser Permanente received the highest customer loyalty ranking in the health plan category, according to the Satmetrix 2017 Net Promoter rankings.

Consumers gave us the highest scores for “Acts in my best interest,” “My policy gives me peace of mind” and “Treats customers fairly.”

Our score of 28 points is 16 points higher than the industry average. This is the 7th consecutive year Kaiser Permanente has led the health plan segment.

These high rankings are a reflection of our high standards — you can rely on us for high-quality health care and service.
