In 1997, Kaiser Permanente and the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions formed the Labor Management Partnership. This partnership brings union workers and managers together to improve health outcomes and give everyone a voice in workplace decisions.
In 2017, more than 150,000 managers, physicians and workers launched nearly 10,000 projects that kept costs down, reduced patient falls, improved patient satisfaction — and much more.
