Reducing the stigma around mental health

“Feeling good” is more than freedom from physical pain or discomfort. Depression and other mental health issues touch all of our lives, directly or through our friends, family or colleagues.

Millions in the U.S. live with a mental health condition, so no one needs to face it alone. Talking about mental health can be hard — but talking is the first step to feeling better.

Working with several organizations, we’ve launched a public health campaign to tackle the stigma that prevents many of us from talking about mental health and wellness. We call it “Find Your Words.”
